I am a warm, friendly and compassionate person-centred counsellor, offering a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly about whatever has brought you to therapy.

My approach is client-led, allowing you to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace. I believe that each person has the capacity for growth and change, and I work alongside you to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and navigate life’s challenges.

Whether you are experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, loss, stress, low self-esteem or feeling stuck, I provide a space where you can feel heard, accepted and understood.

Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work. I aim to create an environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and exploring what matters most to you.

For those who wish to do so, I also offer Christian counselling, integrating faith into the therapeutic process in a way that respects your individual beliefs and values.
