About me and my therapy practice
With over a decade of experience in mental health, I have supported hundreds of clients on their journey of healing and self-discovery. Over the past five years, I鈥檝e nurtured a thriving private practice, delivering over 5,000 hours of one-to-one therapy both in person and online.
Are you Feeling overwhelmed by modern day life? Are you turning to self sabotaging behaviours as a way of coping? Life can be challenging, things do not always work out the way we may have planned with everyday issues and stresses easily becoming unmanageable. We all need support at some point in our lives to overcome problems, counselling can provide you with clarity and guidance as together we can explore whatever may be troubling you.
I am experienced in supporting people with Anxiety, depression, low self esteem, loneliness, grief and loss, trauma, sexual abuse, domestic abuse, relationship issues, burn out and chronic illness.
Practice description
I have a special interest in inner child healing and attachment theory. Inner child work can be profoundly transformative鈥攐ffering compassion to the wounded parts of ourselves, releasing shame and guilt, and helping us reclaim lost joy. Exploring your attachment style can shed light on relationship dynamics and help you feel more empowered in how you connect with others.
I recognise the paradox of clients wanting some form of guidance and direction. My approach allows me to adapt my style to meet your individual needs. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience, and different people benefit from different methods at different times. I treat each person as unique and aim to be fluid, combining various techniques to suit you. I will invite you to bring your concerns to our sessions. Thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviours, so that together we can work towards greater self-awareness, clarity, and independence.
I understand how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for help鈥擨've walked that path myself. My intention is to create a space where you feel truly seen and safe, where healing unfolds not through force, but through gentle presence, trust, and deep listening.

My integrative approach allows me to adapt intuitively to what each person needs. Some sessions may be deeply reflective and emotional, others may involve practical tools, inner child work, or exploring attachment patterns. I trust the process, and I invite you to as well.
