About me and my therapy practice
Couples and Individuals Online & In Manchester
I offer a supportive space for anyone navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity (including autism and ADHD), low self-esteem, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, or just a sense of being stuck or disconnected. Whether you come with a clear issue or are simply curious about therapy, we can explore what鈥檚 going on at your pace.
I believe that healing happens in the context of a warm, trusting relationship where you feel safe, accepted, and understood. I work integratively, also drawing on compassion-focused and trauma-informed approaches, adapting to meet your unique needs.
I鈥檓 an experienced and qualified psychotherapist, working with adults, couples, and young people. I have over a decade of experience supporting people through life鈥檚 challenges, with a background in pastoral care and leading church.
My core training is in person-centred therapy.
I offer couples therapy for those navigating conflict, disconnection, or wanting to strengthen their relationship. Whether you鈥檙e facing ongoing tension, struggling to communicate, or feeling emotionally distant, couples counselling can help you improve communication, rebuild trust, and reconnect. I provide a calm, neutral space where both partners can feel heard and supported as you explore the patterns that may be getting in the way of deeper connection.
I work with people of all backgrounds, including those with faith, no faith, and those exploring spirituality. While my own Christian faith shapes who I am, it's never imposed or assumed. Your values and worldview are always at the center of our work.
Clients often tell me they feel truly heard, less alone, and more empowered to face life with clarity and self-kindness.
I offer short and long-term therapy, both in-person and online. I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to help you decide if I鈥檓 the right fit.
You don鈥檛 have to face it all on your own; therapy can be a good place to begin.
Practice description
On-line & In-person (Manchester & Salford)
I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk things through, feel heard, and explore what鈥檚 going on for you without pressure, judgment, or having to 鈥渉ave it all figured out.鈥 Whether you鈥檙e facing something specific like anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or trauma, or just feeling stuck or disconnected, therapy can be a place to begin making sense of things.
I work in a relational, person-centred way, which means we go at your pace, and I aim to create a space that feels genuinely safe, respectful, and attuned to who you are. Our sessions won鈥檛 be rushed or overly clinical. I believe in the power of authentic, human connection.
