About me and my therapy practice

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor based in Shoreditch (EC1) and Woodford Green (IG8), offering face-to-face and online therapy to adults and young people.

Whether this is your first experience of therapy or you are returning, understanding a therapist’s approach can help you decide if it feels right for you. As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities, with an approach grounded in existential and relational psychotherapy.

My aim is to help you explore your possibilities and choices, so you can feel more empowered and able to make meaningful change. The therapeutic relationship lies at the heart of this process, providing the trust and connection needed for growth.

I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space where we can explore your experiences and challenges together, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Alongside my private practice, I have experience supporting individuals living with HIV and long-term illness, helping them navigate identity, health, and emotional wellbeing.

I hold an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling (Existential) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy & Counselling. I am a registered registered member of the Âé¶¹Ô­´´.

Practice description

In-person therapy sessions are held in Shoreditch (EC1) and Woodford Green (IG8), within calm, tranquil, and confidential therapy spaces. I also offer online counselling sessions via Zoom, providing flexibility for clients across the UK.

Each session lasts 50 minutes and usually takes place weekly, to support continuity and depth in the therapeutic process.

My work is primarily talking therapy, though depending on your needs, I may also introduce grounding or breathing exercises to support self-regulation and emotional balance both within and beyond our sessions.

My first session

I offer an initial free telephone consultation, giving you an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. It’s also a chance for me to explain how I work as a therapist and for us to consider whether we feel like a good fit to begin working together
