About me and my therapy practice
Hello , I am so pleased you landed on this page you are so welcome here.
I'm Charlotte and I also struggled to find someone who would see me and hear me when I was going through turmoil. This led me into wanting to know more about human behaviour , thoughts and feelings. Counselling is something I feel passionate about and I believe healing is within reach.
I wonder if you feel that you are ''too much'' and live with a ongoing fear of rejection and Anxiety.
Often you hear yourself say ''who can I trust''
You may worry when people leave you leading to feelings of low mood and depression
In relationships you may push your partner away or cling too tightly.
You may feel the drive to please others most of the time and struggle to do what you want to do, or even know what you want in life.
