About me and my therapy practice

If you are struggling with your life or circumstances, you might know why or you might not. You might want the space to talk things through, or support in untangling issues, or better coping strategies. A compassionate hearing or a different perspective.

I offer a free initial session, with no obligation, where we can discuss what is bring you to therapy and my approach - face to face we can get that all important 'feel' for each other.

If I, or you, consider that other therapists are better placed I will point you in the right direction if needed.

My fee is 拢45 for a full one hour session i.e. 60 minutes, not the standard 50 minutes. Concessionary rates are available for counselling/therapy trainees.
