About me and my therapy practice
My Experience:
With over a decade of compassionate and confidential psychotherapy and counselling experience, I work with individuals aged 14 and above. I am a registered member of the Â鶹Դ´ (397067), a voting member of FETE, and part of the Pancyprian Association of Psychotherapists (PAP).
I hold an MSc in Existential Psychology and Psychotherapy from the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling (NSPC), awarded in 2014. My work is informed by existential, humanistic, phenomenological, and integrative frameworks, allowing me to respond flexibly to the unique concerns and life contexts each client brings.
Alongside my core training, I have completed certifications in Meaning-Centred Psychotherapy for cancer care providers and Emotion-Focused Therapy, with additional training in person-centred, psychoanalytic/psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural approaches. This range of skills helps me create an integrative and responsive therapeutic process tailored to each person to support deep, meaningful change.
I have supported clients from diverse ethnic, cultural, and social backgrounds, working with several NGOs and individuals facing a wide variety of challenges, including addiction, anxiety, sexuality, intimacy, women’s health, depression, relationship difficulties, domestic violence, bereavement, trauma, abuse, identity issues, eating disorders, imprisonment, and immigration struggles. These experiences deepen my understanding and strengthen my ability to adapt to each person’s unique story.
Currently, I am expanding my skills through further training in Family Systemic Therapy to offer more holistic support. My commitment is to provide compassionate care that supports healing, self-awareness, and emotional well-being.

How I Work
My aim is to support you in deepening your self-awareness, developing healthier coping strategies, and discovering a greater sense of meaning and fulfillment in your life. As a somatic therapist, I help you get in touch with your emotions, body, and mind to support healing that is felt as well as understood. This embodied awareness helps you make more informed choices and embrace change.
I work collaboratively with you, respecting your pace, priorities, and unique story. I am deeply committed to cultural sensitivity, ensuring that therapy honours your background and life context so that the support feels relevant and meaningful to you.
I believe healing happens through genuine human connection, so I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard, understood, and seen. Through therapy, I can also empower you to take greater responsibility for your life and cultivate resilience and self-compassion.
The journey is not always easy—at times it can be frustrating, painful, or uncertain. But like life itself, it can also be deeply rewarding and transformative. It is a journey worth taking: an invitation to live more fully, freely, and authentically.
My first session
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and see if we feel like a good fit. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and what you're aiming for. I’ll also explain how I work, what you can expect from me, and what’s expected of you. We’ll go over practical matters such as confidentiality and cancellation policies. This session isn’t about going into depth—it’s a gentle starting point. If it feels right for both of us, we’ll agree on next steps and arrange a follow-up session.
