I currently have in-person availability on Fridays in south east London and also have flexible online availability through the week. 

About me and my therapy practice

I work with adults and young people experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and the impact of difficult or distressing life experiences. Clients may notice patterns that feel hard to shift, alongside challenges with self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty understanding their responses. Some may feel disconnected from themselves or others, or uncertain about how to move forward in their lives or relationships.

I offer a calm and supportive space to explore these experiences. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, with sessions shaped around your individual needs and what feels safe and manageable for you. I aim to support greater emotional understanding, self-trust, and healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

Alongside my private practice, I have specialist experience working with survivors of sexual violence and childhood abuse within a dedicated trauma service. I also work more broadly with anxiety, self-esteem and relational difficulties.

Practice description

Sessions provide a consistent space where we can explore what is currently feeling difficult for you, without pressure or expectation to have everything figured out. Therapy can help you make sense of emotional responses, recognise patterns in relationships or coping strategies, and begin to develop new ways of responding that feel more supportive and sustainable.

I work in a relational way, paying attention to both your emotional experiences and the ways you relate to yourself and others. The pace of therapy is guided by what feels appropriate and contained for you.

My first session

The first session gives us space to explore what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from counselling. We can also discuss any questions or concerns you may have. I work at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you, and there is no pressure to share more than feels comfortable.
