About me and my therapy practice
Hello there. I am a relational psychotherapist working privately from Shoreditch and online.
I trained at the Minster Centre in London, one of the most respected psychotherapy courses in the UK.
The depth and rigour of my training equips me to work effectively with a wide range of issues, including relationship difficulties, anxiety and low self esteem, low mood and depression, childhood trauma, challenges around difference and belonging.
In addition, I have a special interest in working with infertility, pregnancy loss and perinatal depression.
Practice description
Theoretical Orientation
In our work together, I will draw on a wide range of depth-oriented approaches: relational psychoanalysis, body psychotherapy, somatic experiencing, humanistic, existential, psychodynamic, trauma theory, attachment theory, mindfulness. This allows me to shape the therapy around you and what you are going through, rather than fit you into a particular model. It also means that our work can remain responsive, flexible and grounded in your lived experience.
What does that look like?
Our bodies and nervous systems often carry experiences that have not yet had space to be felt, named and processed, and part of our work will involve gently paying attention, moment-to-moment, to bodily sensations, alongside thoughts, feelings and personal history. We will explore the past, only when and where it is relevant to what you are experiencing in the present. I will also hold in mind the wider social and relational context of your life, while staying close to what is uniquely yours.
Earlier Carrier
In my earlier life, I was a creative and a creative director in advertising for many years, living and working internationally. Consequently, I understand what it’s like to thrive under pressure, and the toll that pace can take, on the body, relationships, and one’s sense of self.
What I can help with
Anxiety, Child related issues, Cultural issues, Depression, Infertility, Loss, Neurodiversity, Pregnancy related issues, Redundancy, Relationships, Self esteem, Stress, Trauma, Women's issues, Work related issues

I hold the following qualifications: MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, Middlesex University; Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy, The Minster Centre; Diploma in Integrative Counselling, The Minster Centre.

I believe that therapy is about a deeply human connection. It is within an attuned and embodied relationship that change becomes possible, not through techniques alone, but through being met, understood and supported in a way that feels authentic and meaningful.

About me and my therapy practice
Hello there. I am a relational, integrative therapist with special interest in infertility and perinatal mental health.
I worked at the London charity CPCP for three years, where I received specialised training in counselling women and men going through difficulties with primary and secondary infertility, IVF, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, pregnancy after stillbirth, ectopic pregnancy hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) and post natal depression.
There is a culture of silence when it comes to these issues, which is why I am passionate about supporting clients who often struggle alone at a time when they feel most vulnerable.
Practice description
I work both short and long term. Sometimes clients want the space to tell and process their stories and 10, or even 6 sessions are enough. Sometimes there are deeper issues at play, which require more time and attention.
I trained at the Minster Centre in London, one of the most rigorous and respected psychotherapy courses in the UK. I work integratively, which means that I draw from a wide range of psychotherapeutic approaches - psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, body psychotherapy, mindfulness, trauma theory. This allows me the flexibility to tailor my approach to you and your issues and work at a greater depth in longer term therapy if necessary.
What is most important for me, when I work with these issues, is to be gentle, accepting and empathetic, and create a space for you to voice whatever you are holding.

About me and my therapy practice
I trained at the Minster Centre in London, one of the most rigorous and respected psychotherapy courses in the UK. In my practice, I work with a variety of issues, both long and short term. The depth of my training allows me to work with a variety of presenting issues - relationship problems, family issues, anxiety, panic attacks, childhood trauma, depression, suicidal thoughts, loss and bereavement, pregnancy loss, IVF support, infertility.
Practice description
The most important thing for me as a therapist is to see you as a human being, to create a space for you to be heard and seen, where you can explore, feel, think, relate.
As we work together, I will draw from a wide range of psychotherapeutic approaches. This allows me the flexibility to tailor the theory to you and whatever has brought you to therapy.
How will that translate in the therapy room? We will be paying attention to your moment-to-moment experience on an emotional, relational and cognitive level. We will be listening to what your body is trying to tell us by using mindfulness and meditation techniques. We will explore the past, while focussing on how it may manifest in the present. And as humans are, by nature, social we will be looking at the larger societal context, while keeping in mind the unique matrix of diversity that makes you, you. In addition, I will often work with emerging images and metaphors, tapping into into right-brain to right-brain communication.
