About me and my therapy practice

I aim to offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore your feelings, thoughts, beliefs, behaviours and concerns. Together, we can work towards a better understanding of yourself and how you relate to others.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to suit your needs. This means I tailor our work using different techniques and perspectives, depending on what feels most helpful for you. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable, focusing on the issues that matter most to you.

I offer therapy with warmth, care, and a strong commitment to inclusion and equality. As an LGBTQIA+ ally, I actively support and affirm diverse identities and lived experiences. I welcome clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, as well as people from a wide range of cultural, ethnic and social backgrounds. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen and respected in your identity and experience.

I work with both neurodiverse and neurotypical clients, including individuals with learning disabilities. I offer tailored support for survivors of domestic violence and abuse (DVA), sexual assault and rape, as well as those experiencing difficult family relationships, complex interpersonal dynamics, anxiety and depression.

Whatever brings you to therapy, I aim to create a supportive and collaborative space where you feel seen, heard and empowered.

Practice description

Sessions are available online or in person, and I offer short and long-term therapy depending on your needs. Appointments are 50 minutes.

As a French native speaker, I offer therapy sessions in both French and English. I also have basic skills in British Sign Language and Makaton to support clients who use alternative forms of communication.

My first session

I offer a no-obligation 20-minute session to get to know each other, discuss what brings you to therapy, and decide if working together feels right for you. This introductory meeting is a relaxed, pressure-free opportunity to ask any questions and see if my approach suits your needs.

If we both agree to continue, I will ask you to complete a short confidential questionnaire and provide a therapeutic contract. This outlines how we’ll work together and helps ensure clarity, safety, and a shared understanding. The questionnaire also helps me gather relevant background information to support you as effectively as possible.
