Availability

I currently have availability for new clients and offer sessions Monday to Friday between 10:30am and 7pm. I’m happy to work with you to find a time that fits your schedule within these hours.

I aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours, so you won’t be waiting long to hear from me. If you get in touch while I’m away, I’ll respond as soon as I’m back.

I look forward to connecting with you.

About me and my therapy practice

You might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck, aware that something isn’t quite right, even if it’s hard to put into words. Stress may be affecting your body as much as your thoughts, or you may notice patterns repeating that leave you feeling frustrated or worn down. If you’re curious about therapy that looks beyond talking alone, this approach may be helpful.

I offer a grounded, whole-body approach to therapy that takes into account how experiences affect us emotionally, mentally, and physically. My work is collaborative and paced with care. I aim to create a space that feels steady and supportive, where we can explore what’s going on for you without pressure or expectation.

In sessions, we may notice thoughts and feelings alongside physical responses such as tension, breathing, or restlessness, always guided by what feels manageable for you. Together, we’ll make sense of these responses and gently explore different ways of responding. Many clients find this helps them feel more settled, clearer, and better able to cope with day-to-day life.

Over time, this work can support a greater sense of balance, improved self-trust, and more choice in how you relate to yourself and others. Change often happens gradually, through increased awareness and small, meaningful shifts.

Clients often tell me they feel listened to, supported, and able to reflect more deeply on their experiences. If this way of working sounds right for you, I’d be glad to hear from you.

Practice description

My therapy room is a calm, comfortable space designed to help you feel at ease. It’s accessed via a quiet, private pathway with its own gate, allowing you time to arrive and settle before your session begins.

If you’re travelling by car, there is a parking space available directly outside. The room is self-contained, which helps minimise interruptions and supports a sense of privacy.

Inside, the space is simply and thoughtfully furnished, with soft lighting and natural textures. It’s fully heated during the winter and air-conditioned in warmer months, so the room stays comfortable throughout the year. Blankets are available if that helps you feel more settled.

There are two steps to access the room, with a sturdy grab handle available for additional support if balance or steadiness is a concern. Please note that there are no toilet facilities on site.

There are a few practical items available for clients who find it helpful to move or hold something while they talk, such as small fidget objects. Some clients also appreciate having a soft toy nearby, though there’s no expectation to use these , they’re simply there if they’re useful.

Overall, the space is intended to feel steady, private, and welcoming .. somewhere you can arrive as you are and take the time you need.

My first session

Before we begin therapy, I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone call. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, get a sense of how I work, and see whether working together feels like a good fit. There’s no obligation to continue beyond this call.

If you decide to go ahead, I’ll send you a simple intake form to complete along with a client agreement to sign digitally. These help gather some basic information and make sure we both have a clear understanding of how the work will be held, so we can start in a steady and organised way.

Your first full session is a standard therapy session. We’ll take time to understand what’s brought you to therapy now, what you’re hoping for, and how we might work together going forward. There’s no expectation to share more than feels manageable , we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you.

Fees are payable in advance of each session. I’m happy to answer any questions about fees, paperwork, or how sessions work during the introductory call.

My aim is to make the process clear and straightforward, so you can focus on the therapy itself rather than the logistics.
