Availability

I see clients in Kentish Town in person on Monday and Tuesday evenings, and various daytimes.

I also have Wednesday evenings available for Zoom sessions.

About me and my therapy practice

I’m an experienced therapist with a warm, straightforward style. I work with both individuals and couples who want to feel calmer, more connected, and more in control of their lives.

Many individuals arrive feeling anxious, low, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Some are burdened by past trauma, others are looking for ways to cope better with the challenges of everyday life. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface, build your self-awareness, and discover ways to feel more resilient, confident, and in control of your life.

For couples, it might be distance, conflict or broken trust that’s creating tension. I help you slow things down, really hear each other, and start to repair what’s gone wrong — whether that’s rebuilding after an affair, or rediscovering a sense of closeness

Practice description

We all want to feel understood and accepted. Yet opening up about what’s really troubling us can feel risky. I create a steady, safe space where you can explore what’s happening in your inner world and relationships, at a pace that feels right for you.

People come to therapy for many reasons — anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship strain, or simply a wish to understand themselves better. Sometimes, long-standing coping strategies stop working, and it’s time to find a new way of being. Therapy can help you make sense of your past and reshape how you respond in the present.

Workplace coaching

I also support clients navigating professional challenges. With an MA in Organisational Consulting, I bring an understanding of workplace dynamics, leadership pressures and career transitions. We can look at how your personal patterns play out professionally — and how to make work feel more satisfying and sustainable.

My first session

We’ll explore what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain. Together, we’ll map out what’s happening in your life and how past experiences may be shaping your present.

For couples, I provide a structured, supportive space where both voices are heard. My approach is active — offering reflections and communication exercises to help you reconnect more honestly.

For everyone I work with, I bring warmth and curiosity. Therapy isn’t just about insight — it’s about change. Together, we’ll uncover new perspectives and practical ways to create the life and relationships you want.
