About me and my therapy practice
Feeling overwhelmed? Struggling to cope? Does even searching for a counsellor feel too much?
Feelings such as anxiety, unhappiness, lethargy, hopelessness or anger are your mind and body’s way of letting you know that something needs attention, things are out of balance or unresolved.
Together we can look at areas in your life that are calling for attention and care. They may be known or unknown to you at the start of therapy.
When you start to understand yourself better, your life has the possibility of change. It's rarely linear and it can feel difficult at times, but it's one part of the bigger picture towards healing and personal growth. I believe that this process of change is possible for everyone.
There is great power in the therapeutic relationship if you are working with a therapist that is a good match for you. I offer a free 15 minute telephone or online meeting to meet me first, no obligation.
