About me and my therapy practice

 I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor offering online and telephone counselling for adults and young people across London and the UK.

I have experience across NHS IAPT services, Mother and Baby Units, and a range of mental health settings, alongside supporting young adults with disabilities. These roles have given me the privilege of working with people from diverse backgrounds and age groups, each facing their own emotional challenges and life transitions.

My practice is inclusive and culturally aware, with a particular focus on race, identity, and supporting clients from marginalised and minority communities. I aim to offer a compassionate, understanding space where you can explore what’s happening for you and move toward greater self-awareness and wellbeing.

Practice description

I take a client-centred and integrative approach, blending evidence-based methods with personalised techniques to support healing, self-awareness, and personal growth. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and use CBT-informed strategies to help you explore the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, gain clarity, and build practical coping skills.

All sessions are 50 minutes and take place online via Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. I recommend attending from a private, distraction-free space so you can get the most from our time together.

In our sessions, I strive to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your emotions and work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, work-related difficulties, chronic illness, or loss. We may also explore patterns from childhood that influence your current wellbeing, empowering you to move forward as a more resilient and authentic version of yourself.

I tailor my approach to your needs, offering both short-term focused sessions and longer-term therapy. My aim is to provide support, understanding, and practical tools to help you navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and foster lasting personal growth.

My first session

I offer a free 30-minute consultation call to help you decide if counselling with me feels like the right fit. During this time, we can talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and answer any questions you may have.

To book a call, please share your availability and contact number. I aim to respond within 48 hours, and messages received over the weekend will be answered on the following Monday.
