About me and my therapy practice
There are times in life when we find ourselves at a crossroads. You may feel unable to enjoy things as you once did, or as though fully experiencing life has become a struggle. You might feel stuck, lost, or unable to achieve the things that matter to you. When this is how you’re experiencing the world, your inner voice can sometimes become critical or self-blaming. Counselling offers a safe and confidential space to explore whatever you may be going through. Therapy can support you in moving towards the growth and change you would like to see in your life.Practice description
I am a qualified person-centred therapist, and I am passionate about creating a warm, empathic, and accepting space where you can feel safe and heard. I believe that the relationship between client and counsellor is central, as it provides the trust and connection in which meaningful change can take place.
In our sessions, we will take time to gently explore what is happening for you and how it may be affecting your life. This is a space for you to reflect, be heard without judgment, and begin to understand your experiences in a way that is unique to you. Everyone’s journey is different, and I will work with you in a way that respects your individual needs and pace.
Counselling can support personal growth, self-understanding, confidence, and help you navigate challenges such as anxiety, low mood, trauma, or feeling stuck. If you feel ready to take the next step, you are warmly invited to email or call to arrange an initial appointment.
