Practice description
Initially qualifying as a Medical Doctor I have worked in the NHS for over a decade in mental health, including time leading a Psychosexual Therapy service. I currently work privately and in charity as a therapist and trustee. Registered as a member of Â鶹Դ´ and COSRT my trainings are Integrative, Psychodynamic and Systemic. I hold a pluralistic perspective to utilising a range of therapeutic approaches to best support your needs, considering current challenges and less conscious /historic influences, through a facilitative, curious and non-judgemental approach.
In addition to therapy and coaching practice I also work as a facilitator for groups and provide workshops and single holistic sessions including forest bathing
For all services I offer a free introductory call (/zoom) to provide a space to answer any questions about working together. My approach includes clear contracting and review throughout therapy and coaching, appreciative of agile practice and needing to change direction as indicated.

Practice description
*Opening low-cost supervision spaces while training – for Relationship, Psychosexual, and Integrative Therapists*
I’m currently completing a Diploma in Clinical Supervision with the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology (CICS). While training, and in receipt of consultation of my training, I’m now opening my practice to new supervisees.
I’m a fully qualified Relationship and Psychosexual Therapist, registered with COSRT and Â鶹Դ´. I’ve worked for almost a decade with Relate, where I initially trained, before completing the London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy.
My approach to supervision is integrative, grounded in systemic and psychodynamic theory. I bring experience across multiple sectors — from charity work to the NHS, where I previously led a Psychosexual Therapy Service. My practice is affirming and anti-oppressive, with an emphasis on mentorship, psychoeducation, and supporting therapists to develop confidence and clarity in their work.
From *November 2025*, I’ll have *two to three spaces* for Relationship and Psychosexual Therapists — or those in training — seeking supervision. I offer *online supervision at a reduced rate of £50/hour* while completing my Diploma. I also welcome Integrative Therapists who’d like supplementary supervision focused on relationship or psychosexual themes.
I look forward to connecting and supporting your practice.
