About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I'm Vicki and welcome to Hazeley Counselling in Hartley Wintney, Hampshire.

Counselling for adults

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and I am trained to help with experiences such as anxiety, low mood, bereavement, self confidence, self-harm, family and relationship issues, eating and anything else you may want to talk about.

Counselling for young people

I offer a safe, supportive space for young people to explore their feelings, challenges, and experiences without fear of judgment.

Sessions focus on helping young people understand themselves better, build confidence and resilience, and develop practical tools to cope with issues such as anxiety, low self-esteem, family pressures, or school-related stress. Through compassionate listening and tailored approaches, counselling empowers young people to make positive changes and navigate life’s challenges more effectively.

Practice description

Hi,  I'm Vicki and welcome to Hazeley Counselling.

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next step?  I provide a safe, supportive, and confidential space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions. Counselling is a space just for you—somewhere you can talk openly and feel heard without judgment.

Change is possible....

And it can start with just a single conversation.

My approach integrates humanistic, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and solution-focused techniques to help you gain insight, develop coping strategies, and find practical ways forward. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, or the pressures of everyday life, we’ll work together to understand what’s getting in the way and build effective tools for change.

Every person’s story is unique, which is why our sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals. My role is to be alongside you—to help you rediscover your strengths, recognise patterns, and move towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Please get in touch for a free, no obligation chat if you would like to find out more.  You don’t have to face it alone,  I’m here to support you through life’s challenges in a safe, confidential space.

My first session

If you (or the young person you are supporting) is interested in sessions with me, I offer a free of charge, no obligation,  phone/video call. This is a chance to get to know each other a bit better and discuss what you might like from our sessions together.
