How can l support you?
My therapeutic approach blends elements of psychodynamic psychotherapy, neuroscience, mindfulness,, and somatic therapy into a style that is relatable, compassionate, and down to earth.
I blend elements of neuroscience, mindfulness, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and body based/somatic psychotherapy
I will attend to what鈥檚 happening in your thoughts, feelings and body and draw on a range of effective techniques, tailored to you.
My approach is trauma-informed which means I鈥檓 never sitting across from my clients thinking 鈥淲hat is wrong with you?鈥 but instead I鈥檓 thinking about the survival strategies they have adopted in response to what has happened in their life
Embarking on self-development and therapy can be a challenging yet a rewarding process. Whatever your concern, we can take a closer look together.
My aim is to create a warm confidential safe space for you to feel respected, heard, understood and supported, enabling you to find meaning in your difficulties and bring about deep-seated and long-term change.
In this safe space we can identify and modify patterns of thinking and behaviours encouraging growth, fulfillment and potential.
I will show you tools and strategies which will enable you to build stronger foundations for success.
I work with individuals and couples either face to face, via telephone, or remotely via zoom.
I offer both short-term and open ended therapy, in English and Dutch.
I welcome people from all paths of life and different cultures.
