About me and my therapy practice
Greetings and a warm welcome
Some things pass on their own—a headache, a difficult day, a low mood.
But deeper struggles like anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or the impact of trauma tend to return, often in familiar and frustrating ways. Even when life seems to improve on the surface, the underlying patterns can remain.
You may have already tried to understand or change these patterns—through self-help, reflection, or sheer determination. And yet, something still feels stuck.
My work is about gently getting to the root of those patterns.
My approach is grounded in an understanding of the relationship between the mind, the body, and the unconscious. I believe that lasting change doesn’t come from willpower alone, but from developing a deeper awareness of what’s happening beneath the surface—and working with it, rather than against it.
As a qualified integrative therapist, sex educator, and somatic yoga teacher, I offer a holistic, compassionate approach to healing and personal growth.
My professional path has brought together psychotherapy and body-based practices. Alongside my work as a therapist, I have spent many years teaching yoga, sex education, tantra, taoism and facilitated sexual wellbeing workshops for women.
I have worked both within a sexual abuse charity, addiction recovery, mental health and in private practice, supporting people with a wide range of difficulties, including trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual issues and relationship challenges. My experience includes working in complex and trauma-focused settings, as well as offering support during times of acute stress.
Today, I work in private practice, offering a space where you can explore your experience at your own pace. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your individual story.

If you’re considering therapy, you’re very welcome to get in touch. I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation so we can talk about what you’re looking for and whether working together feels like the right fit.
Taking the first step can feel daunting. That’s why I offer a complimentary 15-minute call, so we can connect and see if we’re the right fit.
This would be short call where we will discuss in a bit more detail what you are looking for and what I can offer you. We can then decide if we are a good fit for working together.
We will then schedule our first session. Here, I will be getting to know you and what brought you to therapy in more detail, what you expect from therapy, and what I can offer you. This will help us develop a clear collaborative goal.
I suggest meeting 2-3 times before deciding if we will continue to have regular sessions where we can establish a time-frame together with a clear destination.
