About me and my therapy practice
As your counsellor, I’ll help you navigate your issues at your own pace.
Our relationship will be built on trust, empathy, and compassion. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can navigate your challenges and find positive ways to move forward in your life.
I’ll listen with empathy and help you understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. I work with people dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, stress, bereavement, and loss.
I also work with couples who are unhappy in their relationship and want to make changes. Couples counselling is for those looking to make a difference in their relationship. It is for all ages and stages of a relationship. Counselling does not have to solely be for those in crisis but can be seen as a way to check-in before problems develop or increase.
If you’re considering counselling, feel free to contact me to schedule a free initial consultation via Zoom or phone for about 20 minutes.
We’ll discuss your reasons for seeking counselling, whether it’s right for you, and if we’re a good fit. You can ask me any questions about counselling during this session. Counselling sessions last 50 minutes and can be online or in-person. I offer both short-term and long-term counselling.
