Are you feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges ? You’re not alone. It’s normal to feel exhausted when you’ve been holding so much for so long, especially when it seems like no one truly sees or understands what you’re going through. You don't have to face this alone. In my counselling space, you’ll find understanding, empathy, and a place where you can finally let your guard down. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can be fully heard-without judgement, without pressure.

Healing is possible, one step at the time. Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you at a pace that feels right for you. You’ll be met with warmth, respect, and genuine care — a safe environment where your story matters and healing can begin.

You may find yourself stuck in patterns of self-criticism, feeling like nothing you do is ever enough. Instead of growth, you may experience shame and avoidance, making it hard to move forward.

Central to my work is fostering self-acceptance and self-compassion, which I believe are essential for making lasting, meaningful changes in life. It is a change that comes not from harsh self-judgement, but from understanding patience, and the belief that you are worthy of growth. This shift opens the door to real transformation and inner peace. Together, we will explore your challenges at a deeper level, fostering a sense of self-awareness, compassion, and resilience that empowers you to move forward with confidence.


Practice description

Together, we can explore how your early experiences and learned patterns have shaped the way you think, feel, and relate to others today. Using Transactional Analysis, we look at the messages and roles you may have absorbed in childhood, helping you understand why you respond the way you do. With this awareness, you can begin to make more conscious choices, create healthier relationships, and avoid repeating the same painful patterns.

Whether you’re coping with anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, stress, relationship issues, family issues, the end of a relationship, living with chronic pain, low self-confidence, or simply feeling lost and burned out, you don’t have to face it alone.

Sometimes, healing flows more naturally when we're side by side surrounded by the calm of nature. Walk and Talk Therapy offers a different way to experience counselling, combining gentle movements with reflective conversation.

My first session

I  offer a free 20 minute assessment where we can talk about why you are seeking counselling and how I can help you. 

I will ask you to think about your therapeutic goals. What would you  like to get out of counselling?

During this assessment session, I will also explore a little bit of your past, your family situation and coping methods.
