About me and my therapy practice
Are you looking for a gentle, compassionate counsellor who can help you get to the root of what is troubling you? If so, I am the counsellor for you.
I am a fully qualified counsellor registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (Â鶹Դ´). I have experience of working with teenagers and adults – with a range of presenting issues such as exam/university stress, bereavement, pregnancy and baby loss, relationship difficulties and anxiety related conditions such as health anxiety.
I have previously worked for Pregnancy Sickness Support as their Counselling Service Manager, supporting current and previous sufferers with Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG) and subsequent issues such as emetophobia, eating disorders and peri & post natal depression.
I believe I can help you to improve your overall mental health and start to feel like you again.
I have sessions available in person, in a lovely therapy room in Burton Latimer. I can also offer online/telephone appointments. Feel free to contact me for further details and to check up to date availability.
