Availability

I aim to make therapy as accessible as possible by offering flexible appointment times. I am available from 9 a.m. through to the evening (around 8–9 p.m.), and I also offer weekend and bank holiday sessions when needed. This flexibility allows us to find a time that works best for your schedule.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and IPT (Interpersonal Psychotherapy) Practitioner for Depression (IAPT), with additional training as a Couple Therapist for Depression (IAPT). I also hold diplomas in Counselling Children and Young People, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. Alongside this, I have trained in Trauma-Focused CBT and am currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Traumatology and PTSD. In addition, I am undertaking the Higher Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (HCBH) as a trainee.

My practice brings together these approaches to provide flexible, evidence-based support tailored to each client. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your experiences and challenges at your own pace. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, or issues linked to childhood experiences, I work collaboratively with you to build effective coping strategies and encourage lasting change.

I offer sessions to adults, couples, and young people. My approach is integrative and adaptive, meaning I can draw on a range of therapeutic methods—including CBT, IPT, mindfulness, trauma-informed approaches, and hypnotherapy (in training)—to find what works best for you.

I also offer flexible appointments, with availability from 9 a.m. into the evening (around 8–9 p.m.), as well as weekends and bank holidays if needed. This ensures therapy can fit around your schedule and be as accessible as possible.

Practice description

I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, make sense of difficulties, and work towards positive change. My approach is integrative, which means I draw on different therapeutic methods and adapt them to suit your individual needs and goals.

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and accredited Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) Practitioner for Depression (IAPT), with additional training as a Couple Therapist for Depression (IAPT). This allows me to work with both individuals and couples, supporting clients in managing depression, improving communication, and strengthening relationships.

I hold diplomas in Counselling Children and Young People, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I also have training in Trauma-Focused CBT and am completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Traumatology and PTSD, enhancing my ability to work with the impact of trauma. In addition, I am undertaking a Higher Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (HCBH), adding further tools to my practice.

Clients who come to therapy with me may be facing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, or issues with self-esteem. I believe therapy should not only help address these challenges, but also support you in building resilience, developing self-understanding, and creating lasting change.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that the therapeutic relationship itself is key. By providing warmth, empathy, and a collaborative approach, I aim to create the conditions where you can feel safe, heard, and empowered to move forward.

My first session

In our first session, I offer a 50% discount so that you can get a real sense of how I work before committing further. This initial session is an opportunity for us to talk through what has brought you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you may have. I may also ask you to complete a short assessment to help me understand your needs more fully and ensure that therapy is tailored to you from the very beginning.

I believe the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of effective work, so this first meeting is also about making sure you feel comfortable and supported. You are welcome to ask me questions about my approach, training, or what to expect going forward.

To make therapy more accessible, I also offer a 15% discount when booking and paying for 5 sessions together. This option is available after the initial session if you feel ready to commit to ongoing work.

The first session is not only about gathering information but also about setting a foundation for collaboration. We will discuss your preferred online platform (Zoom, Skype, Teams, Zoho, etc.), practical details such as scheduling, and explore how we can work together in a way that feels both safe and effective for you.
