I work in my London Bridge counselling room on Wednesday between 1 and 7pm.
About me and my therapy practice
I am here to support you during difficult times. My counselling room offers a place to explore your problems and the importance of self-worth and self-care. I am a registered anxiety counsellor for Anxiety U.K. and a qualified bereavement counsellor working with loss in its many forms. I aim to build a trusting relationship with you to find the space to heal. I also support people with the pressures of living with ADHD, autism and dyslexia in a neurotypical world. In addition, my practice is a safe space for members of the LGBTQ+ community. For more information, check out my website, www.annalinley.com, or call me to see if I might be the right counsellor for you.Practice description
My counselling room is a kind and non-judgmental environment where you can talk about your feelings, fears and desires without shame. A place to explore your authentic self in a nurturing environment. Together, I hope we can build on your strengths, heal from your past and expand your understanding of what it is to be you. We will look at what you would like to achieve from counselling and regularly review how the process is progressing for you. You will be in control and I will be by your side.My first session

My first session
Before we meet, I would suggest we have a chat on the phone to see if I am the right person for you to work with at this time. This will give you the opportunity to ask me questions and get an idea if I am someone you will be able to feel comfortable with. If you decide to go on to start working with me face to face, we can use the first session for you to tell me about what you wish to achieve in our time together and we can explore how we will go forward and build our therapeutic relationship.
