About me and my therapy practice

I am a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist and Â鶹ԭ´´-registered counsellor, offering online counselling and psychotherapy for adults and couples in the UK and internationally, where local regulations allow.

I work with anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, disordered eating, and life transitions. I offer a calm, reflective space to explore what feels difficult, while also helping you understand emotional and relational patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

I have a core professional interest in eating disorders and disordered eating, which I approach with sensitivity, clear therapeutic boundaries, and a client-centred, ethical framework.

I have lived and worked in Malaysia, the United States, and the UK, and previously worked in Financial Services. This experience supports my work with clients navigating high-pressure roles, relocation, and complex personal or professional transitions.

My practice is LGBTQIA+ informed and affirming, shaped in part by previous work with LGBT Health and Wellbeing. I aim to provide a respectful, inclusive, and confidential online therapy space.

Practice description

I offer online therapy via secure video platforms, providing flexibility and continuity wherever you are based. Online therapy can be particularly helpful if you travel, live abroad, or have a demanding schedule.

I work with individuals and couples on both a short-term and longer-term basis. Sessions are collaborative and carefully paced, with structure where helpful — especially in couples work — so therapy remains supportive rather than overwhelming.

My approach is not about quick fixes, but about developing insight, emotional awareness, and lasting change over time.

Is online therapy right for me?

Online therapy may be a good fit if you value flexibility, privacy, and continuity. Many people find it easier to speak openly from a familiar space, particularly when balancing work, travel, or living abroad. We will review suitability together before beginning.
