About me and my therapy practice

As a person-centred counsellor, I offer a calm, warm, space where you can be completely yourself.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck or trying to make sense of feelings you've been carrying for a long time. Perhaps you now feel ready to begin exploring them in a grounded space where you can talk openly and without judgment.

Person-centred therapy focuses on you - the client. As your counsellor, I aim to enter your world with empathy, authenticity and understanding, and to support you in finding your own way forward at your own pace with no pressure.

I'm particularly passionate about supporting young adults, who often face pressure whilst navigating life, identity, relationships and self-worth, alongside understanding who they are and their place in the world.

My own path to counselling grew from my own life experiences and a desire to support others, especially those who may feel unseen or unheard.

I find it a privilege to be able to help people through their difficulties, offering acceptance and compassion in a world that often shows the opposite.
