About me and my therapy practice
Hello and a warm welcome. If you’ve found your way here, it may be because you're facing challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or addiction. I want to honour the courageous and wise part of you that is reaching out — seeking support is often the first step on a deeply transformative journey.
I’m a qualified transpersonal integrative psychotherapist, and I am passionate about walking alongside clients as they explore, heal, and grow. My therapeutic approach is rooted in compassion, presence, and deep listening. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, supported, and accepted exactly as you are.
My work helps clients reconnect with their inner resources, uncover the deeper meaning behind their struggles, and align more fully with their true self — body, mind, and spirit. I support people in finding a renewed sense of purpose, clarity, and wholeness, even amidst life’s most painful or uncertain moments.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that symptoms often carry symbolic meaning — whether emotional pain, life crisis, or addictive patterns. I gently help clients explore what these experiences may be calling forth within them. My aim is to support your journey toward greater integration, emotional healing, and soulful living.
In addition to my core training, I have extensive experience working with 12-step programmes and bring a deep understanding of recovery principles to my work with clients navigating addiction and codependency.
Practice description
I believe each person is as unique as their fingerprint. My role is to help you reconnect with your true self — the part of you holding your inner gifts, purpose, and beauty. Together, we gently peel back layers of conditioning, pain, and limiting beliefs that may be clouding your identity.
With deep respect for the soul behind the wounds, I support healing and self-acceptance, creating space for self-awareness, inner peace, and rediscovering your unique life path.
Creativity is central to my approach. I work with dreams, drawing, breathwork, imagery, body awareness, sound, and imagination. These creative methods bypass the analytical mind, opening doors to symbolic insight, clarity, and transformation. They’re especially powerful for psycho-spiritual healing and working through trauma, loss, or spiritual crisis.
At the heart of my work is relationship. Trust and connection are essential. Clients often feel deeply seen, heard, and supported. Through presence, reliability, empathic listening, and genuine care, I create a space for healing to unfold at your pace.
Clients often move from feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected — to a more empowered and authentic way of being. They learn to trust their inner wisdom and navigate life with more clarity, meaning, and self-compassion.
Areas I work with include:
• Addiction & recovery (including 12-step integration)
• Anxiety, worry & stress
• Depression & low mood
• Trauma (past or recent)
• Grief, bereavement & loss
• Low self-esteem & confidence issues
• Emotional overwhelm & dysregulation
• Anger & frustration
• Chronic fatigue & burnout
• Relationship difficulties & attachment wounds
• Co-dependency & boundary issues
• Life transitions (career change, breakups, relocation, menopause, etc.)
• Loss of purpose, meaning, or spiritual crisis
• Identity exploration & self-discovery
My first session
Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. It includes an initial assessment, which is an important part of any therapeutic process. This allows me to understand more about you, your background, and what brings you to therapy — and helps me consider whether my approach is the right fit for your needs.
Just as importantly, the session gives you a sense of how I work and whether you feel comfortable with me. Finding the right therapist is essential, and I fully respect your choice in deciding what feels right for you.
The first session lasts 50 minutes, just like any ongoing session, and is charged at the same rate.
If we both feel that we’re a good match to work together, I offer an initial six-week contract. This gives us time to build the foundation of our work. After the six weeks, we’ll have a review session to reflect on how things are progressing and decide whether to continue into longer-term, open-ended therapy.
What I can help with
Abuse, Anxiety, Bereavement, Child related issues, Chronic fatigue syndrome / ME, Cultural issues, Depression, Infertility, Loss, Obsessions, Personal development, Pregnancy related issues, Redundancy, Relationships, Self esteem, Sex-related issues, Sexuality, Spirituality, Stress, Substance Dependency, Women's issues, Work related issues
