About me and my therapy practice

If you're feeling like you're keeping it all together on the outside while quietly unravelling inside you're not alone. Therapy can be a space where you get to pause, soften and reconnect with yourself, without judgment.

I鈥檓 a psychotherapist working with adults and young people (16+) who often find themselves caught between pressure and performance. You might be highly self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and still feel unsure why certain patterns keep repeating - anxiety, shame, disconnection, or the sense that you鈥檝e lost touch with who you really are.

As a highly sensitive person, I bring a calm, attuned presence to our sessions. My approach is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and collaborative. I鈥檓 not here to 鈥渇ix鈥 you, but to walk alongside you as we explore what鈥檚 really going on beneath the surface with care, clarity and curiosity.

I trained as an Integrative therapist, drawing from psychodynamic, person-centred, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches. IFS now forms the heart of my work - offering a gentle, respectful way to understand the different parts of you that may be protecting, pleasing, numbing, or overworking in order to cope. Instead of judging those parts, we listen to them. And that changes everything.

If you would like to learn more about me and my practice, please visit my website at www.seedsofchangetherapy.net or get in touch and request an introductory call.

Practice description

I offer weekly or fortnightly 50-minute sessions, either in person, online or over the phone, depending on what feels right for you.

The clients I work with often come to therapy feeling like something inside is no longer sustainable - even if everything looks fine from the outside. You might be highly responsible in your career or relationships, but privately carrying stress, shame, people-pleasing, or a sense of emotional flatness. Maybe you're feeling emotionally tired but unsure how to stop or slow down.

In our work together, you won鈥檛 need to perform, explain away your pain, or rush into your past. This is a space where all of you is welcome - even the parts that feel chaotic, confused, shut down, or ashamed.

I use Internal Family Systems as a core framework, which helps us explore your inner world with warmth and precision. Over time, this can lead to less inner conflict and more clarity, confidence and choice in how you show up in life. We鈥檒l move at a pace that feels safe, and I鈥檒l regularly check in to make sure the work is feeling supportive for you.

I work with a wide range of issues, and I specialise in bereavement work, childhood trauma, and relationship issues including estrangement.

My first session

Before beginning, I offer a 30-minute phone or video call so we can connect and see if we might be a good fit. You can share as much or as little as you鈥檇 like, and I鈥檒l answer any questions you might have about therapy or how I work.

If you decide to move forward, the first session will be a gentle introduction - a space for you to begin talking through what鈥檚 brought you here, without pressure to have it all figured out. Many people arrive not knowing exactly what they need - just that something isn鈥檛 working. That鈥檚 okay. We鈥檒l figure it out together.

If you're used to being the one others lean on, this might be the one place where you get to let someone hold space for you - honestly, gently, and without expectations.

There are no minimum amount of sessions you need to commit to, and most importantly there is no right or wrong way to do therapy. Together, you and I, will find the way that suits you best.

I am committed to responding to all queries. So if you don't hear back from me, please check your spam/junk folder. If you share your mobile number in the initial enquiry, I will also send you a text to notify you of a new email until we establish a connection.

About me and my therapy practice

If you're finding that beneath the surface of a full life you鈥檙e feeling anxious, overwhelmed or simply not yourself, therapy can offer the space to slow down and make sense of what鈥檚 going on.

I鈥檓 a psychotherapist supporting adults and young people (16+) who are used to being capable and self-reliant - the ones others turn to. Outwardly, you may look like you're managing, but inside, it might feel like something鈥檚 quietly unraveling. Perhaps you're holding grief that has nowhere to go, battling private patterns of anxiety or burnout, or feeling alone even in the company of others.

I鈥檓 a highly sensitive person and offer a calm, relational approach to therapy where all parts of you are welcome - including the ones that feel ashamed, uncertain, stuck or exhausted. My practice is collaborative, trauma-informed, and LGBTQ+ inclusive.

I trained as an Integrative therapist, drawing on a range of approaches - including psychodynamic thinking, person-centred therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). While IFS is the heart of my work, I tailor each session to your unique story, history, and nervous system. Therapy with me isn鈥檛 about diagnosis or fixing - it鈥檚 about creating space to be with your inner world in a way that鈥檚 curious, respectful, and restorative.

If you would like to learn more about me and my approach, please visit my website at www.seedsofchangetherapy.net or reach out for an introductory call.

Practice description

I offer weekly or fortnightly 50-minute sessions either in person, online or over the phone.

My clients often arrive in therapy with a quiet sense that something just isn鈥檛 working anymore. You might be functioning on the outside, but inwardly holding anxiety, emotional numbness, hidden shame, or long-standing self-doubt. Maybe you鈥檙e highly responsible in your work and relationships - yet never quite able to rest. Or there鈥檚 a part of you that feels like no one truly sees who you are.

This is a space where you don鈥檛 have to perform, explain or apologise. Together, we鈥檒l explore the internal dynamics that shape how you relate to yourself and others. You might discover parts of you that are protectively running the show, and parts that have been silenced for a long time.

IFS gives us a gentle and powerful way to map your inner world and build a relationship with each part - not to get rid of them, but to understand them. We go at your pace, and I will always check in with how the process is landing for you.

I work with a broad range of issues and I specialise in areas such as bereavement and loss, trauma and complex trauma, anxiety and depression, anger issues, and chronic illness. I also have a particular interest in relationship difficulties and family estrangement.

As a trauma-informed and LGBTQ+ inclusive therapist, I approach each individual with respect, sensitivity, and understanding.

My first session

Before booking a first session, I offer a 30-minute phone or video call - whichever feels more comfortable. This is a relaxed space for you to get a feel for me, ask any questions, and share what鈥檚 bringing you to therapy.

If we go ahead, our first full session will be about beginning to co-create a space where you feel met, not analysed. You don鈥檛 need to arrive with a polished story - just a willingness to show up, however that looks. I鈥檒l ask some gentle questions to understand more about your life and what you hope for, and you鈥檙e welcome to ask me anything in return.

If you鈥檝e been carrying the emotional load for too long - always managing, always showing up - this can be the place where you鈥檙e allowed to pause, feel, and just be.

There is no minimum number of sessions required, and most importantly, there is no right or wrong way to do therapy. Together, you and I, will find the approach that works best for you.

I am committed to responding to all inquiries. If you don鈥檛 hear back from me, please check your spam/junk folder. If you provide your mobile number in your initial inquiry, I will send you a text to notify you of a new email until we establish a connection.

About me and my therapy practice

If you're based in Tooting or Tooting Bec and finding it harder than usual to keep things together - even though you usually do - therapy might be the place to take the weight off quietly carried shoulders.

I'm a psychotherapist offering therapy to adults and young people (16+) who are used to being the strong one, the thoughtful one, or the emotionally reliable one. You might have become good at surviving - holding everything in place for others - but inside, feel anxious, flat, lost or disconnected. Therapy with me is about reconnecting to you, at your pace, with care and curiosity.

I'm a highly sensitive person and work well with clients who are emotionally aware or deeply internal. Whether you鈥檙e navigating trauma, burnout, grief, identity questions, or simply trying to understand why certain patterns keep repeating, we鈥檒l explore what鈥檚 going on beneath the surface 鈥 in a way that鈥檚 collaborative, trauma-informed and never pathologising.

I trained as an Integrative therapist, drawing from a range of approaches including psychodynamic therapy, person-centred work, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). IFS now forms the core of how I work. Rather than trying to "fix" you, we get to know the different parts of you - especially the ones carrying shame, fear, grief or protection - and help them soften and shift, with compassion.

As a trauma-informed and LGBTQ+ inclusive therapist, I approach each individual with respect, sensitivity, and understanding.

If you would like to learn more about me and my approach, please visit my website at www.seedsofchangetherapy.net or reach out for an introductory call.

Practice description

My practice is based in Tooting Bec, a short walk from the Northern Line and close to Colliers Wood, Balham, Clapham and Tooting Broadway. I offer weekly or fortnightly 50-minute therapy sessions, either in person or online, depending on what feels most comfortable for you.

You might arrive in therapy not knowing exactly what鈥檚 wrong - only that something inside feels stuck, heavy, or like it鈥檚 running out of energy. You might carry a voice that tells you you should be coping. Or a part of you might secretly fear that if you stop holding it all together, everything will fall apart.  Al of these parts of you are welcome here.

IFS is at the heart of my practice, but I鈥檒l draw from other modalities as needed to support your nervous system, story, and unique needs. Our relationship is central to the work 鈥 and I鈥檒l invite your feedback throughout so we鈥檙e always working in a way that feels attuned.

I support individuals who are going through challenging times or seeking significant change in their lives. While I work with a broad range of issues, I specialise in areas such as bereavement and loss, trauma and complex trauma, anxiety and depression, anger issues, and chronic illness. I also have a particular interest in relationship difficulties and family estrangement.

My first session

Before starting therapy, I offer a 30-minute phone or video call so we can get a feel for each other and see if this work might be the right fit. You can ask questions, share any hesitations, or just sense whether I feel like someone you鈥檇 want to talk to more.

If we go ahead, our first session (either in my Tooting practice or online) will be a gentle beginning.  There's no pressure to tell everything or dive into the deep end. I鈥檒l ask some questions to help me understand what鈥檚 bringing you to therapy, and we鈥檒l begin to co-create a space that feels safe enough for you to explore whatever鈥檚 present.

If you鈥檝e been the one others rely on, this might be the first space that鈥檚 just for you. A place where you don鈥檛 need to explain away your feelings, hide the messy bits, or apologise for needing something. That in itself can be a powerful start.

There is no minimum number of sessions required, and most importantly, there is no right or wrong way to do therapy. Together, we will find the approach that works best for you.

I am committed to responding to all inquiries. If you don鈥檛 hear back from me, please check your spam/junk folder. If you provide your mobile number in your initial inquiry, I will send you a text to notify you of a new email until we establish a connection.

About me and my therapy practice

If you're based in Wimbledon and longing for a space where you don鈥檛 have to hold it all together, you're not alone 鈥 and you're in the right place.

I'm a psychotherapist offering therapy to adults and young people (16+) who are often seen as competent, reliable, and emotionally self-sufficient on the outside, but inwardly may feel lost, disconnected or quietly overwhelmed. You might be used to caring for others, pushing through, and putting your own needs to the side. Therapy with me is a place where you get to be cared for 鈥 without judgment, pressure, or performance.

I'm a highly sensitive person myself, and I work best with clients who are emotionally aware, reflective, or simply curious about how their inner world works. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and inclusive 鈥 I welcome and support LGBTQ+ clients and those exploring questions of identity, belonging, and internal conflict.

I trained as an Integrative therapist, which means I draw from a range of modalities including psychodynamic, person-centred, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). IFS now forms the heart of my practice, both professionally and personally. It offers a gentle, respectful way of exploring the different 鈥減arts鈥 of us 鈥 including the ones that feel ashamed, stuck, angry or afraid 鈥 without trying to get rid of them. Instead, we get curious. We listen. And in that process, something begins to shift.

If you would like to learn more about me and my approach, please visit my website at www.seedsofchangetherapy.net or reach out for an introductory call.

Practice description

I work from a quiet, private space in Wimbledon 鈥 just a short walk from the station and within easy reach of Southfields, Raynes Park, Morden and beyond. I offer weekly 50-minute sessions, either in person or online, depending on what feels most supportive and accessible for you.

Many of the people I work with arrive in therapy having spent years managing alone. You may be used to being the one who copes, fixes, soothes others. But inside, there might be parts of you carrying exhaustion, grief, shame, or a deep sense of loneliness. You might feel like you "should" be okay, and not know why you're not.

My practice is a space where those parts are welcome 鈥 especially the ones that don鈥檛 often get seen. We go at your pace, and you鈥檒l never be pushed to share anything before you鈥檙e ready. Together, we鈥檒l explore not just your thoughts and behaviours, but the internal relationships that shape how you relate to yourself and others.

While I use IFS as a core framework, our work is always collaborative. I鈥檒l check in often to make sure therapy is feeling helpful and attuned to you. If something isn鈥檛 working, we鈥檒l talk about it. I don鈥檛 believe in being the expert on your life 鈥 my role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your own wisdom, resilience, and capacity to heal.

My first session

Before booking a first session, I offer a 30-minute phone or video call so you can ask any questions, share any concerns, and get a feel for how I work. There鈥檚 no pressure or expectation - it鈥檚 just a gentle starting point to see whether we might be a good fit.

If we decide to go ahead, the first session (online or in my Wimbledon practice) is a space to talk about what鈥檚 bringing you to therapy and what you hope to gain. You don鈥檛 need to arrive with a perfectly formed narrative - just a willingness to begin. I鈥檒l ask a few questions to understand your story and what is happening for you.  This will inform our therapeutic approach and will be updated as we continue working together.

You might be nervous, unsure, or carrying past experiences of therapy that didn鈥檛 feel safe or helpful. That鈥檚 okay. You deserve a space where you can be fully human 鈥 messy, complex, and worthy of care 鈥 and my hope is that you鈥檒l feel safe enough here to bring your full self.

If you feel like you're carrying the weight of appearing composed, capable or in control - yet inside feel isolated, overwhelmed or quietly unraveling - therapy can offer a space where you no longer have to hold it all together.

I鈥檓 a psychotherapist working with adults and young people (16+) who are often perceived as 鈥渉igh functioning.鈥 You might be used to responsibility, emotional independence, or being the one others depend on. But you may also be holding private stress, hidden shame, a sense of numbness, or patterns you don鈥檛 fully understand.

As a highly sensitive person myself, I bring a calm, attuned presence to therapy - one that honours the subtle parts of you that might feel overlooked in other areas of life. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed and LGBTQ+ inclusive. You don鈥檛 need to fit into a diagnostic box to deserve care and connection.

I trained as an Integrative therapist and draw from a range of approaches, including psychodynamic, person-centred and Internal Family Systems (IFS). IFS now forms the foundation of my practice - a gentle and respectful way of working with the different 鈥減arts鈥 of you that may be carrying fear, grief, or perfectionism. These parts developed for a reason. You might feel the urge to get rid of them, but in IFS we learn to understand where they're stemming from and what purpose they serve.  The more we get to know them, the more they soften back, allowing you to show up in the way you want to.

If you would like to learn more about me and my approach, please visit my website at www.seedsofchangetherapy.net or reach out for an introductory call.

Practice description

I offer weekly or fortnightly 50-minute appointments, either in person, online or over the phone.

Many of the people I work with come from high-pressure environments - whether academic, professional, or relational - and have learned to stay composed, manage alone, or downplay their own needs. But somewhere inside, there may be a part that feels anxious, empty, stuck, or quietly overwhelmed.

Therapy with me is a space where you don鈥檛 need to perform or explain away your pain. You can bring your uncertainty, your intelligence, your defences - all of it. I鈥檓 not here to analyse you from a distance, but to accompany you as we explore your internal world with curiosity and compassion.

While IFS is my core framework, I also integrate other modalities depending on your nervous system鈥檚 needs and your personal preferences. I check in regularly so our work stays collaborative and responsive. You deserve therapy that meets you, not just your symptoms.

I work with a broad range of issues and I specialise in areas such as bereavement and loss, trauma and complex trauma, anxiety and depression, anger issues, and chronic illness. I also have a particular interest in relationship difficulties and family estrangement.

If we move forward, our first full session will be a gentle, exploratory starting point. You don鈥檛 need to arrive with a polished narrative or dramatic story - just a willingness to begin, however uncertain or self-protective that beginning might feel.

For many of my clients, therapy is the one space where they don鈥檛 have to be 鈥渙n.鈥 You can show up as you are - capable and confused, articulate and overwhelmed, guarded and longing to feel seen. We鈥檒l work with all of it.

There is no minimum number of sessions required, and most importantly, there is no right or wrong way to do therapy. Together, you and I, will find the approach that works best for you.
