About me and my therapy practice

Currently accepting BUPA, Aviva & WPA clients.
Are you looking for an established, experienced therapist?
Seeking therapy can feel like a significant step, especially if you have been struggling for some time or are unsure where to turn. Finding the right therapist is not just about qualifications; it is about finding someone you feel comfortable with, someone who understands life's complexities, and someone who can help you make sense of your experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
As a well established, experienced psychotherapist and counsellor, I offer both short-term and long-term therapy to adults (18+) who are looking to better understand themselves, improve their emotional wellbeing, and create lasting change.
No two people are the same. While some clients come to therapy with a specific issue they would like to address, others simply know that something does not feel right. Together, we explore your experiences, relationships, thoughts, emotions, and patterns of behaviour at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
I work with a wide range of issues, including:
Anxiety and panic
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
Depression and low mood
Childhood experiences and family dynamics
Attachment difficulties and relationship issues
ADHD and neurodiversity
Adoption and identity issues
Pregnancy loss and fertility challenges
Menopause and midlife transitions
Sexual difficulties and intimacy concerns
Life changes, loss, grief, and major transitions
Low self-esteem and confidence issues
Stress and burnout
I am a sex-positive, LGBTQ+ affirming, ENM and kink-friendly therapist, and welcome all identities and relationship styles.
Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, so I offer a free 20–30 minute initial consultation, online or in person, to help you decide if we feel like the right fit.
Practice description
I have sole use of a therapy room in the center of St Neots, which is accessed by one flight of stairs. Waiting area and toilets are available. Free on street parking is available as well as paid for parking.
My first session
It is preferable to have a telephone/face to face consultation which is free and lasts approx 20 minutes.
This is to make sure that I can offer you the type of therapy that you are looking for and it also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Alternatively, you are welcome to make an appointment and meet in person.
