About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Natalia. I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, specialising in supporting people to stabilise and transform from the impacts of both personal and collective trauma. I work inclusively and affirmatively with adults aged 18+, welcoming a wide range of identities, sexualities – LGBTQIA+, and diverse relationship constellations. My approach is collaborative, supporting those who are navigating life transitions, relationship issues, complex family dynamics, or questioning aspects such as self-worth, self-sabotage, direction in life, faith, spirituality, and purpose.
Many people also come to me unsure of what specific theme to explore in therapy; often, their primary wish is simply to experience greater peace and ease in their lives.
Practice description
I practice in a person-centred, integrative and relational way. This means I combine global and western-centred psychotherapeutic techniques, tailoring my approach to your unique circumstances.
