About me and my therapy practice
How I work
I will listen to you. With compassionate guidance and objective insight, I aim to help you gain clarity and develop the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges. Our work together will explore your past, present, and future, and may include practical exercises and strategies that have benefited others. While the process can be demanding—requiring honest reflection and a willingness to question familiar patterns—we will move at your pace, with your personal goals at the heart of our work. Emotional responses are a natural part of the therapeutic journey. Your openness about these reactions can deepen our work and lead to meaningful insight. Throughout, I will be alongside you, grounded in the belief that growth and change are possible.

Working Together in Sessions
You might be here because something has happened, or perhaps things just don’t feel quite right. People come to counselling for many reasons—anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship challenges, or low self-esteem.
What matters most is feeling safe and understood. My aim is to offer a supportive, confidential space where you can talk openly and be met with respect and acceptance.
Like you, I’ve faced my own challenges—which means I offer compassion, not judgment.
My Counselling Room
I want you to feel comfortable during our sessions. My therapy room is tucked away from the roadside, filled with natural light, and features a big, cosy chair. It's on the ground floor with a bathroom just next door.
°Õ³ó±ð°ù±ð’s off-street parking, secure bike storage, and a bus stop nearby for easy access.
