About me and my therapy practice

I am a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist based primarily at the Priory Hospital North London, with a private practice offering both in-person and online sessions. My approach is grounded in the principles of psychodynamic psychotherapy, which explores the influence of unconscious processes, early relational experiences, and the dynamics that emerge within the therapeutic relationship.

I work with a wide range of emotional difficulties and mental health concerns, offering both open-ended and time-limited therapy on a weekly basis. Alongside individual work, I facilitate group therapy, providing a reflective space for shared exploration, support, and psychological growth.

I strive to create a safe, containing environment in which complex or painful feelings can be understood and worked through. Therapy can help illuminate parts of ourselves that may have been hidden, misunderstood, or difficult to articulate — allowing for greater emotional clarity and deeper self-connection.

In addition to clinical therapy, I conduct autism assessments using gold-standard diagnostic tools: the ADOS-2 and the ADI-R. These structured assessments are suitable for adolescents and adults seeking clarity around neurodiversity, and are carried out with clinical rigour and sensitivity.

I also offer psychodynamic supervision for both qualified therapists and those in training. Whether you’re in private practice or working in a clinical setting, I aim to provide a thoughtful, collaborative space to support your therapeutic thinking and professional development. Supervision sessions are held remotely.

Alongside my clinical work, I offer group analytic consultation and reflective spaces to organisations seeking to better understand the emotional life of their teams and workplace dynamics. These sessions can support staff wellbeing, surface unconscious processes within groups, and promote healthier communication and collaboration across professional systems.

Practice description

I offer both long-term and short-term therapy, tailored to individual needs. Sessions are available face-to-face or online. While I believe in-person work offers a deeper connection and therapeutic immediacy, I also understand the practical benefits of remote sessions and am happy to accommodate them where appropriate.

My first session

Our first meeting would be an initial consultation — an opportunity for you to talk about what’s brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. We’ll explore some of your history and current concerns, and begin to get a sense of how we might work together. This may take more than one session if we feel we need more time to decide whether ongoing therapy feels right for you.

We’ll also review the therapeutic contract, and you’ll be welcome to ask any questions you may have about the process.

About me and my therapy practice

I offer psychodynamic supervision to therapists at all stages of their professional journey — from trainees to experienced practitioners. My approach is reflective and collaborative, aiming to support your clinical thinking, emotional attunement, and development of a robust therapeutic stance.

Whether you are working in private practice, organisational settings, or training placements, supervision can offer a vital space to explore the complexities of clinical work, transference and countertransference dynamics, and the emotional impact of the therapeutic relationship.

Sessions are held remotely, offering flexibility and consistency. I also work with therapists preparing for accreditation or navigating professional transitions.

In addition to individual supervision, I facilitate group supervision and reflective practice spaces for organisations.

Practice description

Psychodynamic supervision is a reflective process where we explore and deepen their understanding of their clinical work through the lens of psychodynamic theory. It focuses on the unconscious dynamics that influence both the supervisee and the client within the therapeutic relationship.

My first session

Our first supervision session is a space to discuss your current clinical work, your professional context, and what you’re hoping to gain from supervision. It’s also an opportunity to get a feel for how we might think and work together. We’ll explore any immediate supervisory needs, and there will be time to ask questions and clarify the practicalities of the arrangement.
