About me and my therapy practice
Hi. I'm an experienced counsellor working with a range of issues you may be facing. I offer a safe space where I will help you explore your feelings, make sense of your experiences, deepen your understanding of self and look to make positive changes.Does any of this feel familiar?

There are times in life when we can feel anxious, overwhelmed, confused, or lost. It may feel difficult to talk to friends or family, or you may worry that others will not fully understand what you are experiencing. Therapy can provide a supportive space to explore these feelings.
You may not have a clear sense of what feels wrong or what has brought you to seek counselling, and that is completely okay. My role is to support you in making sense of your experiences at your own pace.
I am a person-centred counsellor, meaning that you are always at the centre of our work together. Our sessions will focus on your individual needs, experiences, and goals. I offer a warm, non-judgemental, and confidential environment where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we will explore your thoughts and feelings, helping you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and identify any areas where you may feel stuck.

I work with both adults and young people (15+) experiencing a range of issues including: anxiety, low mood, burnout, depression, family issues, low self-esteem, self-worth, self-harm, suicidal ideation, confidence, loneliness, identity, grief & loss, bereavement, family issues, relationship issues, trauma.
My first session
I offer an initial 20-minute telephone or video chat on Microsoft Teams. It will be an opportunity for us to discuss your enquiry a little further. The introduction will mean you can ask any questions; I can explain a little about how I work and decide if you want to proceed.
