Availability

I currently have availability in my practice.  I can be contacted via email, through this site or via my mobile contact number in the first instance.  An initial 'Get to know each other' appointment will be offered via Telephone or Zoom/Teams or a similar platform to suit, at which we can arrange next steps if this meets your needs.  My availability from week to week is flexible and I can offer evening and weekend appointments.  I recognise that life is quite often busy and I have adapted my practice to provide a service that can easily be adjusted to accommodate your circumstances and can offer sessions through a range of mediums, including face to face, telephone and video.

About me and my therapy practice

Welcome, and thank you for being here. I’m an Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of the Â鶹ԭ´´, offering a warm, grounding space where your story can be heard with care and without judgement. If you’ve arrived at this moment seeking clarity, comfort, or simply a gentler place to land, you are not alone.

Life rarely moves in a straight line. We encounter twists, unexpected turns, and moments that shake our sense of direction. Some challenges we navigate with strength, while others leave us feeling overwhelmed, lost, or disconnected from ourselves. When the path becomes difficult to walk alone, therapy can be a place of rest—a space to breathe, reflect, and slowly rediscover the parts of yourself that feel hidden or tangled in pain.

I believe every person carries a unique story shaped by experiences, memories, hopes, and quiet inner truths. Yet sometimes these stories become heavy, intertwined with trauma, grief, or emotions that feel too difficult to face. Together, we can gently explore these moments, untangle what feels overwhelming, and make space for healing, insight, and renewed hope.

My background includes supporting individuals through Domestic Violence, Bereavement, and Mental Health challenges. I help clients process trauma, rebuild self-worth, understand their emotional landscape, and develop the tools they need to move forward with greater clarity and compassion. Sessions are available in person, online, or by telephone—whatever feels most accessible and comfortable for you.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on Person-Centred, Trauma-Informed, Cognitive Behavioural, Solution-Focused, and Psychodynamic approaches. This flexible way of working allows our sessions to follow your pace and your needs, empowering you to reconnect with your voice, your strength, and your own way forward.

If something inside you is calling for change, understanding, or healing, I am here to walk beside you as your journey unfolds.

Practice description

My background is in sexual abuse, domestic violence and trauma therapy and grief and bereavement counselling and the difficulties that are encountered that can affect our mental health.  In working with these difficulties I have adjusted my practice to work with symptoms of depression, anxiety, guilt, shame, dissociation, PTSD and low mood  and self-esteem. My training is as an Integrative Counsellor and combines elements of different approaches, such as Psychodynamic, Person-Centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. By utilising the integrative method of therapy, I am able to take in to account you as an individual, your circumstance and can tailor the therapeutic journey to meet your needs, as ‘one size does not fit all’.
