About me and my therapy practice

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist offering face-to-face counselling for adults in both Greenwich and London Bridge.

I support individuals experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including depression, early relational trauma, family and relationship issues, abuse, attachment concerns, low self-esteem, life transitions, and bereavement.

Creating a supportive and nurturing environment is essential for healing, and I strive to offer a space where you can feel both safe and understood. My approach combines compassion with gentle challenge—encouraging you to explore new perspectives, confront difficult emotions, and build greater resilience. My aim is to develop a therapeutic experience that feels dynamic, empowering, and responsive to your unique needs.

I recognise that every person is wonderfully complex, shaped by a rich combination of experiences, relationships, beliefs, and emotions. An integrative way of working allows us to consider all these interconnected aspects of your life. During our sessions, we may explore past experiences, early relationships, and unconscious patterns that might be impacting how you experience your life today. Understanding these deeper layers can help us get to the root of your difficulties rather than simply addressing surface symptoms.

Together, we will work towards developing healthier patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating. This may include building coping mechanisms that genuinely support your wellbeing, strengthening your sense of self-esteem, and improving the way you communicate your needs and boundaries.

Therapy is not just about resolving problems; it can also be a space to rediscover parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or silenced. Whether you are seeking support during a difficult period or looking to deepen your self-awareness, my practice offers a compassionate and exploratory environment where you can engage with your experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
