Hi,
Welcome to my profile, I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for support at times of need and seeking therapy can feel daunting especially if you do not feel comfortable talking about your emotions. Its the aim of my counselling sessions to make it easy and comfortable for you to feel free to express yourself without any judgements or restrictions. I will work at your pace with compassion, warmth, understanding and respect.
Practice description
I offer individual online/ telephone therapy sessions to adults and young people (aged 14+). I have experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds and mental health concerns, ranging from short to long term therapeutic needs.
As a trauma informed integrative therapist, I tailor my therapeutic approach to my client's needs and I do not believe in 'one size fits all'. The foundation of my therapy approach is based on building a trusting relationship where you will feel at ease to explore your thoughts and feelings. I draw from different modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gestalt, Person - Centred Therapy and Compassion Focused therapy to meet client's individualised therapeutic needs.
My first session
I offer free 20 minutes consultation where we can chat about your therapeutic needs and any questions you might have regarding therapy. This is an important initial step towards making an informed decision and finding the right therapist to embark your therapy journey with.
