About me and my therapy practice
As a qualified integrative therapist, I can help you explore what is happening in the present and how the past might be influencing your feelings and reactions. Together we gain insight that can lead to positive change and free you from unproductive patterns of behaviour.
My counselling takes place in the context of an empathic therapeutic relationship which gives you a space to find and express your authentic self, thereby improving your relationship with others and yourself.
I have done additional training in both ADHD and autism, qualifying in 2023 as a certified ADHD clinical services provider (ADHD-CCSP). This does not mean I am qualified to diagnose, but can work with you to understand your particular strengths and challenges with a neurodivergent lens. All brains and styles of communicating and relating are welcome. I am happy to provide accommodations if possible, please contact me to discuss what would make sessions more accessible for you.
