About me and my therapy practice
I offer calm, steady online therapy that gives you space to slow down and make sense of what鈥檚 going on. My approach is person鈥慶entred at its core, with psychodynamic ideas woven in when they help us understand patterns or feelings that keep repeating.
Sessions are conversational and paced around what feels manageable for you, whether you鈥檙e dealing with anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, relationship difficulties or a general sense of feeling stuck.
I鈥檓 experienced in supporting clients who are navigating stress, identity questions, emotional overload or long鈥憇tanding habits that no longer feel helpful. The focus isn鈥檛 on 鈥渇ixing鈥 you, but on helping you understand yourself more clearly and find steadier ways of moving through your life
Practice description
I provide online therapy for adults looking for a supportive, reflective space to explore what they鈥檙e experiencing. Many of the people I work with are managing anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, relationship strain or the impact of feeling misunderstood over time.
I have particular experience with clients who are neurodivergent or navigating complex life transitions, but my practice is open to anyone who wants to understand themselves better or find more sustainable ways of coping.
My style is warm, grounded and collaborative, with an emphasis on clarity, emotional safety and working at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you鈥檙e seeking support with day鈥憈o鈥慸ay challenges or deeper, long鈥憇tanding patterns, we鈥檒l focus on what feels most useful and meaningful for your life.
My first session
Your first session is a free 20鈥憁inute online consultation.
It鈥檚 a chance for us to meet, talk through what鈥檚 bringing you to therapy, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
There鈥檚 no pressure to share everything at once 鈥 many people use this time to ask questions, get a feel for my approach, or check whether online therapy suits them.
I鈥檒l explain how I work, what you can expect from ongoing sessions, and we鈥檒l look at what you鈥檙e hoping for from therapy, whether that鈥檚 support with anxiety, burnout, relationship difficulties, neurodivergence, or simply wanting to understand yourself better.
By the end of the consultation, you鈥檒l have a clearer sense of the next steps and whether you鈥檇 like to book a full session.
