About me and my therapy practice

I take an 'integrative' relational approach, meaning I am trained in and combine a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches to best help you, according to your needs. I remain rooted in a humanistic stance which means I ensure I am led by you and what happens in our relationship, which I feel is key to our work together - but we can choose together to use a variety of approaches and techniques, as we feel appropriate, to support you.

Practice description

I work online and in person in Central London on Saturdays.
