About me and my therapy practice

Are you struggling with the pressures of conflicting priorities, maybe you’re feeling stuck on a treadmill with a dwindling sense of fulfilment and unsure of where your boundaries lie?

Perhaps difficult life events like loss, bereavement, or significant changes have left you feeling not quite sure about where to go from here, whilst past situations and relationships can often cast a long, unhelpful shadow, affecting how you see yourself and others.

With over 20 years experience working within the field of Psychology, I understand that life is rarely simple. Relationships, life events and daily stresses can take their toll, and often we are presenting a picture of calmness to the outside world whilst feeling stressed out and overwhelmed inside. It's perfectly natural for this to feel incredibly scary and evoke apprehension. Acknowledging these challenges is the first step, and you certainly don't have to navigate them alone.

Utilising various therapeutic models I offer a confidential and supportive space where we can explore your unique situation. Together, we'll work to identify and understand the underlying thought and behavioural patterns that might be keeping you stuck or preventing you from moving forward. We can also explore how to establish healthier boundaries in your life, both personally and professionally. By developing new perspectives and practical coping strategies, you can begin to regain control, build resilience, and move towards greater future happiness and a more authentic sense of self.

My client work often focusses on areas such as (but not limited to);

• Low mood.

• Lack of Boundaries & people pleasing.

• Low Self-Esteem/Confidence.

• Relationship Difficulties.

• Anxiety.

• Navigating life events/stresses.

• Burnout.

• Loss.

• Painful Pasts.

Please note; I aim to get back to you within 48hrs (uness on annual leave), if requesting a response to your enquiry via email - my reply may go to junk/spam files.
