About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified Integrative and Trauma-Informed Counsellor with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and a Registered Member of the Â鶹ԭ´´ (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

Are you experiencing anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, or struggling with life’s challenges? Therapy can provide a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts, process emotions, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

I believe counselling can improve quality of life by helping you develop self-awareness, resilience, and effective coping strategies. Together, we can explore your challenges and build on your existing strengths and resources.

As an integrative counsellor, I tailor my approach to your individual needs, drawing on different therapeutic models to support your wellbeing and personal growth. Working in a trauma-informed way means recognising the impact past experiences can have on emotions, behaviours, relationships, and physical wellbeing. I aim to create a safe, collaborative, and empowering environment where you can work at a pace that feels right for you.

I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences openly. Reflecting on patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving can help you gain insight and discover new ways of responding to life’s challenges.

I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, loss, and emotional challenges.

I believe a strong therapeutic relationship provides the foundation for growth and lasting change.

Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, and I would like to acknowledge the courage it takes to reach out for support. I look forward to supporting you towards greater wellbeing and positive change.
