About me and my therapy practice
Perhaps you are experiencing feelings of sadness, overwhelm or a lack of direction in your life or perhaps there's a general sense of unease. I often see clients when their life feels in crisis.
My main areas of work are anxiety, trauma, relationships and eating disorders. I also support affected families including parents, siblings and partners.
Practice description
I provide a calm, non-judgemental therapeutic space. I adapt my approach to best support your individual needs. This means that I draw upon different therapeutic theories and techniques that can support your individual healing.
My first session
The initial session is about having a conversation and gaining an understanding as to what has been going on for you and how best I can support you through the difficulties you are experiencing.
