Practice description
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and you may feel stuck or lost. We can talk about whatever is troubling you, and together work towards greater awareness, understanding, and acceptance—moving towards positive change and personal growth.
I support people experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, addictions, bereavement, disordered eating, trauma, life transitions, and the search for meaning and purpose. Whatever feels heavy to carry alone, remember that each of us deserves to live a more awake, happy, and fulfilling life.
You’ve already taken a brave step by seeking a therapist. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions.
My first session
Please contact me to arrange a free initial call, where we can discuss what brings you to therapy and how I may support you.
