About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome,
At times, life can feel overwhelming, and it can be hard to make sense of our thoughts or emotions. You may appear to be coping on the outside yet feel anxious, low, or disconnected within. Counselling offers a space to pause, reflect, and explore what is happening for you 鈥 helping you move toward greater clarity, balance, and self-understanding.
I offer a calm, confidential, and non-judgemental environment where you can talk freely about whatever you鈥檙e facing 鈥 whether that鈥檚 anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, ADHD, family issues, or bereavement. Together we can explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
How I work
As a person-centred counsellor, my approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and respect. I believe that each person has the capacity for growth and healing when met with understanding and acceptance. My role is not to offer advice, but to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences and discover new perspectives and possibilities.
I have a particular interest in supporting women navigating multiple roles and responsibilities, as well as young adults managing life transitions, independence, or study-related challenges.
Counselling can be helpful whether you鈥檙e experiencing specific difficulties or simply want space for personal reflection and growth. Whatever brings you here, you鈥檒l be met with warmth, compassion, and respect.

About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome,
Life can be complicated, we all have ups and downs but sometimes the hard moments become a struggle and difficult to ignore. We can do a good job of masking "being ok" or "having it all under control" but this isnt always sustainable. If you are feeling anxious, low, or overwhelmed by difficult emotions or situations then Counselling can help.
How I work
As a person-centred counsellor, I鈥檓 here to offer you a warm, understanding, and supportive space where you can feel truly comfortable to share your thoughts and feelings. My approach is all about working together in a compassionate and non-judgmental way to help you explore your challenges and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Together, we can navigate these challenges, uncover insights, and work towards creating a greater sense of well-being and fulfillment in your life.
Sometimes, we can feel stuck, whether it鈥檚 due to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or other life challenges. I鈥檓 here to support you in identifying your goals and working together to build understanding, acceptance, and perspective, helping you take meaningful steps forward.
I have a special passion for supporting women who feel the weight of juggling many roles while trying to hold on to their sense of self. Whether you鈥檙e balancing caring for children and parents, navigating relationship challenges, or quietly carrying unspoken trauma, I offer a supportive space for you to explore and reconnect with yourself.
I also support young adults as they navigate the challenges of life after leaving home, whether they鈥檙e studying or beginning their journey into independence.
I have experience with a wide range of issues and struggles, but remember, we don鈥檛 need to be in distress to benefit from counselling. Perhaps you鈥檙e just not feeling like yourself, or you might appreciate having someone independent to truly listen鈥攕omeone who offers understanding without judgment.
I welcome you to get in touch and have a chat.

About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome,
Life can be complex, and while we all experience ups and downs, sometimes challenges become overwhelming or difficult to manage alone. We might appear to be 鈥渃oping鈥 on the outside, but inside feel anxious, low, or disconnected. Counselling can offer a calm and supportive space to explore what鈥檚 happening, understand yourself more deeply, and find a way forward.
How I work
As a person-centred counsellor, I provide a warm, empathic, and non-judgemental environment where you can feel safe to share whatever鈥檚 on your mind. My approach is collaborative 鈥 I won鈥檛 tell you what to do, but I鈥檒l walk alongside you as you explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we can build understanding, self-acceptance, and clarity, helping you move towards greater well-being and balance.
Sometimes we can feel stuck 鈥 perhaps due to anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, or life transitions. I鈥檒l support you in making sense of what鈥檚 happening, developing insight and perspective, and taking gentle steps towards change or acceptance.
Who I support
I have a particular passion for supporting women who are juggling multiple roles 鈥 caring for others, managing work and family life, or carrying unspoken emotional burdens 鈥 and who may be struggling to hold on to their sense of self.
I also work with young adults navigating independence, study, or identity changes, and with clients exploring ADHD or neurodiversity, helping them to understand themselves and manage feelings of overwhelm.
Although I work with a wide range of issues, counselling isn鈥檛 only for times of crisis. You may simply feel 鈥渘ot yourself,鈥 or value having someone independent to talk to 鈥 someone who listens with empathy and without judgement.
