As a holistic psychotherapist. I offer a warm, supportive, one-to-one therapy to adults navigating their relationships, trauma, anxiety or depression. I use therapies that enhance work at a deeper level, helping you reach the emotional roots of present difficulties and create lasting change.
I provide in-person therapy in Exeter and online therapy UK-wide.
I offer a warm, supportive holding space to explore difficult thoughts and feelings.
Through guided exploration we deepen our understanding and work through emotional and relational patterns. I support you to resolve inner conflicts, recover from painful past experiences, freeing you to live more fully.

I’m an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor registered with the Âé¶¹Ô´´, and I hold a Masters in Counselling with distinction from Abertay University.
After completing further professional training I integrate Emotion-focused therapy, Emotionally-focused therapy for individuals, Psychodynamic psychotherapy, Internal family systems and Inner child therapy, to offer you a highly effective and responsive therapy.
These therapies enhance work at a deeper level, helping you reach the emotional roots of current difficulties and create lasting change.
I’m a qualified yoga teacher and holistic practitioner with over 17 years of experience working one-to-one with clients to enhance their vitality and well-being.
