About me and my therapy practice

 Hi I'm Catherine

A therapist  working with a  person - centered approach.

I will help you to explore any issues that are affecting your life. I support you by offering empathy, compassion, kindness and total focus on you within a safe, confidential therapy space.

This helps you  talk through,  reflect on, and begin the challenging process of feeling better in yourself, building on resilience and developing a self awareness to what challenges you are facing. I will not advise,  Judge or offer opinion on your issues. This ensures that you feel able  to  explore any concern or difficulties you are experiencing  emotionally, and physically.

I  aim to help support you to process and take steps forward  from memories of trauma, experienced through other stages in your life. You may have lost your sense of self over time and want to regain confidence. It might feel out of reach at the moment  but together we will share and  explore your  ideas and strategies, to  help you overcome and manage these tense  feelings, emotions,  behaviour patterns, that might be holding you back  from  living your life to the full in the way you would like to.
