About me and my therapy practice

You might look like you’ve got it all together. A solid career, people who rely on you, but underneath, it’s a different story. Maybe you’re waking up too early, your mind already racing. Or you’re snapping at people and wondering why.

I’m Mark , a Â鶹ԭ´´-registered integrative therapist based in Bromley. I help adults who are under pressure, with work, relationships, or just life , find a way through anxiety, overthinking, and anger that’s getting harder to hide or manage.

Practice description

What to Expect

I’m Mark, a Â鶹ԭ´´-registered integrative therapist based in Bromley. I work with adults who are often the go-to person for everyone else at work, at home  yet find themselves stuck in patterns they can't talk about easily. Maybe that’s overthinking everything, feeling constantly on edge, or snapping over small things and regretting it later.

You don’t have to keep holding it all in or trying to figure it out alone.

In our sessions, you’ll get a space that’s calm, grounded, and real. No jargon, no judgement , just straight-talking support where you can slow down, make sense of what’s going on, and learn how to respond differently. Whether it's anxiety, stress, anger, or that sense of always being ‘on’, we’ll work together to unpack it. Step by step.

You won’t be told what to do. But you will be listened to properly. You’ll start to understand yourself in a new way, and find tools that actually work for you.

My first session

Getting Started

Before we begin therapy, I offer a free 20-minute consultation by phone or Zoom. It’s a chance for you to ask any questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide whether it feels like the right fit. no pressure, no obligation.

If you choose to go ahead, our first full session is where we start to explore what’s brought you here and what you’re hoping to get from therapy. It’s also a chance for you to see what it’s like to work with me, and whether you'd like to continue.

During this session, I may ask a few structured questions about your background, current circumstances, or significant life events but only at a pace that feels right for you. There’s no need to share anything before you’re ready.

We’ll also cover the practical side of things  confidentiality, how often we might meet, and any goals or focus areas you’d like to work on. There’s no expectation to commit beyond this first session.

The fee for a full 50-minute session is £65 this includes your initial session, with no extra charge for assessment.
