About me and my therapy practice

I work with people who feel anxious, emotionally disconnected, overwhelmed by life’s demands, or stuck in long-standing patterns that no longer serve them. Often, they’ve lost touch with who they are beneath the roles they perform, or have found that simply talking about their struggles hasn’t been enough to create real change. My approach offers a space to slow down, reconnect, and begin healing in a deeper, more embodied way.

Therapy with me isn’t just about understanding your challenges on a cognitive level—it’s about feeling into them, noticing how they live in your body, and gently exploring their deeper roots. A central part of my work is inner child and parts work, which helps you access and nurture the younger parts of yourself that may still carry unmet needs, emotional pain, or protective strategies. These parts often hold the keys to self-understanding, emotional healing, and transformation. Reconnecting with them allows for integration, self-compassion, and a sense of wholeness.

I also draw on somatic experiencing and nervous system regulation, working with the body’s natural intelligence to release stored tension and support resilience. As you learn to tune into your internal world with curiosity and care, you build the capacity to move through life with greater emotional balance and inner safety.

I offer multiple therapeutic pathways to suit different needs—whether you're seeking regular support or longer, less frequent sessions. For more details on session formats and availability, please visit my website.

Practice description

What You Can Expect from Therapy with Me

Therapy is a journey, and I guide you through it with care, respect, and flexibility. I work primarily online, which I’ve found to be a powerful space for deep, meaningful work. Many clients appreciate the comfort and privacy of their own environment, and I use high-quality technology to create a natural, connected experience—helping us feel fully present even when we’re apart. For those who prefer or require it, I also offer limited face-to-face sessions.

Our work together typically unfolds in three phases:

Phase 1: Building Safety and Understanding

We begin by creating a safe, supportive relationship—this is the foundation for all healing. Together, we explore your story: your experiences, patterns, and the themes that shape your life. This phase helps us understand where you’ve been, what has shaped you, and what matters most to you now. It’s a time for gentle curiosity and honest reflection.

Phase 2: Engaging the Body and Emotions

Moving beyond talking, we focus on what needs attention beneath the surface. Through somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and inner child work, we gently process unresolved emotions and experiences. This phase is about reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have been suppressed or overwhelmed and beginning to release what no longer serves you.

Phase 3: Integration

In the final phase, we weave together the insights and shifts from our work. The goal here is to ground the changes so they become lasting ways of feeling, relating, and living—not just ideas, but embodied transformation. This might involve developing new coping strategies, strengthening your internal resources, and nurturing self-compassion.

Throughout our time together, I tailor my approach to your unique needs and pace, always holding space for you to feel heard, understood, and supported. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate your path toward healing and wholeness.

My first session

When you reach out, I offer a free 15-minute initial telephone call. This brief conversation helps us explore whether my approach feels like a good fit for you and answers any questions you might have.

If we decide that my approach aligns with your needs, we then book an assessment session. This session builds on our initial call and gives us space to explore your past and present experiences in more depth. It also helps us both assess suitability and establish a foundation for the work ahead.

Following the assessment, we can schedule regular weekly or bi-weekly sessions tailored to your needs. For those interested in longer, less frequent insight sessions, more details are available on my website.
