About me and my therapy practice
We all navigate life in our own way and are shaped by our experiences, some of which, affect us more deeply than others. Sometimes, these experiences can leave us feeling; confused, sad, stuck or disconnected from who we really are. I believe that talking through these troubling experiences and feeling truly understood by another is how we begin to heal.
In our work together, I offer a safe, confidential space where you can speak freely about whatever has brought you to therapy. My focus isn’t just on "treating symptoms," but on building a genuine working relationship with you. Research consistently shows that the bond between therapist and client is one of the biggest predictors of successful therapy. I am committed to navigating this process with you, keeping your well-being at the heart of everything we do.
As an integrative therapist, I combine numerous modalities, these include:
Psychodynamic insights to explore how your past experiences influence your current thoughts and behaviors.
Humanistic principles to focus on your inner wisdom, resilience, and unique potential for growth.
CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) techniques to equip you with practical strategies and tools you can use immediately to manage distressing thoughts and emotions.
All of these approaches aim to Provide a relational space to navigate addiction, anxiety, and the complexities of identity and life transitions.
