About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes, having someone truly listen can make all the difference.
Hello, I’m Charlotte, an online counsellor, and I offer a warm, supportive and confidential space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard.
I believe counselling starts with feeling understood, accepted and not judged for who you are or what you’re going through. My aim is to help you feel comfortable enough to bring whatever is on your mind, whether that’s something specific or a general sense that things just don’t feel right.
I hold a Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy and am an Accredited Member of the Â鶹Դ´. I work collaboratively with you, recognising that every person’s experiences are unique. Rather than giving advice or telling you what to do, I will support you in exploring your thoughts, feelings and patterns so you can develop greater self-understanding and find your own way forward.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. Whether you feel anxious, overwhelmed, low, stuck, or simply ready for change, we can begin exactly where you are.
I work at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you, building a trusting and respectful therapeutic relationship.
I am also insurance approved by Bupa and Aviva, so counselling may be accessible through your health cover.
You don’t have to go through things alone—sometimes having a space that’s just for you can be the first step toward feeling better.
Practice description
A safe space to be yourself
Perhaps you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low or stuck. Maybe life has changed in ways you weren’t expecting, or you’re finding relationships, work or everyday life harder to manage. Sometimes, you may not even be sure what’s wrong — you just know that you don’t feel quite like yourself.
Whatever has brought you here, you don’t have to have all the answers before starting counselling.
My aim is to offer you a calm, welcoming space where you can talk openly, without fear of judgement. You can bring whatever feels important to you, whether that’s something that has happened recently or feelings and experiences you’ve been carrying for a long time.
I believe counselling is a very personal journey, so I’ll work alongside you at a pace that feels comfortable. Rather than telling you what you should do, I’ll listen, support you and help you explore your thoughts and feelings, develop greater self-understanding and consider the changes you may want to make.
Online, accessible and completely focused on you
Online counselling offers the flexibility to access support from a private and comfortable space that works around your life.
And if you’re feeling a little unsure about taking that first step, that’s completely understandable.
I offer a free 10–15 minute telephone consultation, giving you the chance to tell me a little about what’s bringing you to counselling, ask any questions and see how you feel talking with me — with no pressure or obligation to continue.
You don’t need to wait until things feel unbearable before reaching out.
Sometimes, the first step is simply having a conversation.
If you feel ready, I’d be very happy to hear from you.

I look forward to hearing from you.

About me and my therapy practice
Thank you for taking the time to look at my supervisor profile.
I’m passionate about counselling, supervision and the difference that thoughtful, supportive supervision can make to both your practice and your clients.
I offer a warm, collaborative and confidential space where you can bring all aspects of your client work — including the things that feel challenging, uncertain or difficult to make sense of. Supervision is also a space for you: your thoughts, feelings, responses and experiences within the therapeutic relationship.
I am an Accredited Member of the Â鶹Դ´, hold a Certificate in Counselling Supervision, and have a Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice.
Whether you are looking for a space to reflect on a particular client, explore something that has stayed with you, strengthen your practice or simply have somewhere to think out loud, I’d be delighted to work alongside you.
Supervision is not just about reviewing your work — it’s about creating space for you to develop, reflect and thrive as a practitioner.
Practice description
Together, we can explore your work with curiosity, gently challenge potential blind spots, reflect on your practice and consider new perspectives or ways of working. My aim is to support you in developing confidence, deepening your self-awareness and continuing to grow as a practitioner, while keeping ethical practice, professional responsibility and your own self-care firmly at the heart of our work.
I believe good supervision should feel both supportive and stimulating — a place where you can think freely, ask questions, explore uncertainty and be challenged constructively, without fear of judgement.
