About me and my therapy practice

I鈥檓 a fully qualified person-centred counsellor, offering you a compassionate space to work through whatever you鈥檙e struggling with. Whether it鈥檚 issues within your family, relationships, or work life, or how you feel about yourself, I provide the conditions needed for you to make sense of your struggles at a pace that suits you, until you鈥檙e able to move past them.

Practice description

Sessions are done online via Teams, and last 50 minutes. Weekly or fortnightly sessions are recommended to ensure the therapy has the momentum to benefit you.
